As Oy Tampereen Akvarelli, located at Asuntamaanraitti 2, is a housing association consisting of a row house and a six-story apartment building. There are a total of 62 apartments in this complex. The apartments are equipped with underfloor heating and have higher-than-average ceiling heights. Floor-to-ceiling windows connect the apartment’s balcony to the interior living space. The top floor features loft apartments.
On the west end of the apartment building, you can find a colourful artwork titled “Onnenpuu” by Kaarina Kaikkonen, which covers the entire wall and extends up to the roof. The tones of the artwork are reflected in the backgrounds of the balconies. In 2018, this building won the Hyvän rakentamisen palkinto award, recognising its excellence in construction.
