Asunto Oy Tampereen Taituri, located in Härmälänranta, consists of two buildings with different heights, connected by the roof of the lower part. The wooden exteriors are covered with varnished vertical battens. On the street side, the balcony zone’s frame structures add refinement and a townhouse-like feel to the building. On the courtyard side, one level above street level, there are cosy terraces equipped with planting boxes and wooden pergolas.
The design takes into account the needs of different residents: the 21 apartments in this small apartment building range from compact studio apartments to two-bedroom apartments, as well as one- and two-story family apartments. All apartments share spacious ceiling heights and large windows that enhance the sense of space indoors.
