Technopolis Asemakeskus is a high-quality office building close to the railway station in downtown Tampere. The building consists of three towers, with the first being 8 stories, the second 10 stories, and the third 8 stories tall. The upper floors are rented as complete units, each including the company’s own rooftop terrace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Large windows provide plenty of natural light in every office on all floors. A striking lobby, lounge, and restaurant are located at the main entrance of Building A. The lobby also includes meeting rooms, the 9th floor houses VIP and sauna facilities, and the 2nd floor features a shared summer terrace for all companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The lower levels of the building house a three-level parking garage with space for 264 cars. The campus offers high-quality amenities for staff, including social facilities, a gym, bicycle shelters, and a caf\u00e9 and restaurant. Asemakeskus offers office spaces of various sizes, ranging from 10 to 1,900 square meters. The campus also includes a small business centre, providing high-quality spaces even for smaller teams or, for example, a larger company’s sales office. Workplace practices are evolving, but modern multi-space offices cannot be efficiently implemented in all buildings. Asemakeskus excels in features such as ventilation, lighting, space adaptability, telecommunications solutions, and acoustics, providing an excellent working environment with high space efficiency.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
