Three apartment buildings As Oy Hervantaj\u00e4rven Hilpi, As Oy Hervantaj\u00e4rven Kaisla and As Oy Hervantaj\u00e4rven Sara form a single block. There are 139 apartments in total and all apartments have their own balcony. The new Hervantaj\u00e4rvi district, where the apartment buildings are located, is a combination of a modern city with efficient public transport and a residential area close to nature, surrounded by beautiful open spaces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These 6 to 8-storey, light-coloured, brick-tiled apartment blocks are located along the main street of the Makkaraj\u00e4rvenkatu, a park-like street, as part of a chain of light-coloured terraced houses. Parking spaces in the block are centrally located in a shared parking area and there is a communal play and recreation area in the centre of the block.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hilpi, Kaisla and Sara are located along Makkaraj\u00e4rvenkatu, the main street forming the body of the street, near the main tram stop. The buildings are located on a slope so that the access to the building is both from the street level and one floor above from the courtyard. The differences in height between the buildings are landscaped with useful gardens and planting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The building is partly on a slope, and the terrain has been taken into account by placing entrances on both the lower and upper courtyard levels. On the lower level, there is a small park-like market area to the south of the building and a natural wooded area called Hyypi\u00e4npuisto to the west. On the lowest floor of the building is a convenience store with an entrance overlooking the square. The apartments’ storage rooms, outdoor equipment storage rooms and residents’ common areas are mainly located in the two-storey part of the building.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
