GO21 is an office building built by A. Ahlström Kiinteistöt Oy in 2023 in the immediate vicinity of the railway station in the heart of Tampere, implemented by Jatke Pirkanmaa Oy. GO21 has been awarded the highest Platinum level of the LEED environmental certification system. In addition, the design has been based on the overall well-being of the users of the space, as evidenced by the WELL Core certificate.

GO21 consists of three office towers: Tower A is 4 storeys, Tower B is 6 storeys and Tower C is 8 storeys. This red brick building, divided into smaller masses, fits in well with the historic red brick buildings of the surrounding area in terms of massing and form. The building’s large windows allow plenty of light into each office, with many apartments opening to four directions.

The building has eight offices for companies, most of which are in the IT sector. The offices range in size from 60 to 4,300 m2. A public car park on the basement floor of the building serves those working in the building, but also car drivers visiting the city centre in the evenings and at weekends. The building is easily accessible by public transport and there is also direct access to Tampere’s busiest cycle route from the south end. More than 300 bicycle parking spaces are also provided.

The building’s heating, ventilation, lighting, adaptability, communication solutions and acoustics are of the highest quality, making GO21 an excellent working environment, but with very efficient space.
